- Quit Outlook.
- Hold Windows/flag button and click R
- Type in followed by Enter-key: regedit
- Locate and click once on: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook
- With the key marked click new in the edit menu and choose DWORD.
- Type followed by Enter-key: UseInetcommCS
- Right-click the new key you just created and choose change.
- In the value field type: 1
- Click OK.
- Quit regedit and restart Outlook.
