  1. Quit Outlook.
  2. Hold Windows/flag button and click R
  3. Type in followed by Enter-key: regedit
  4. Locate and click once on: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook
  5. With the key marked click new in the edit menu and choose DWORD.
  6. Type followed by Enter-key: UseInetcommCS
  7. Right-click the new key you just created and choose change.
  8. In the value field type: 1
  9. Click OK.
  10. Quit regedit and restart Outlook.

If difficult to follow Microsoft released a fixit repair file for this.
