Often the Milky lens look is on older Cars as grime builds up over the years. I have found that treating the lens with WD40 will cut through grime and yellowing. Ensure you let is sit for a minute or two. Rub briskly with soft cloth. repeat if necessary.
I would also recommend upgrading your bulbs to a high output bulb as some milkiness will still linger after WD40 treatment. Good luck!

You need to change the focus on the lens. There should be a part around the camera lens that turns, this will change the focus of the camera.
