you cannot fix it you have to go to the corporate office and get another one if you have a new one and it has a warranty then you get it free, but if you dont have a year warranty then you are going to have to pay for it sorry if this isent something you want to hear,example i dropped my phone once and it damaged the battery and the phone, so hope you find you answer here thank you.
