The power window motor can be changed by an experienced mechanic in about 15 minutes by removing the interior door panel and the motor actually snaps in place. About half the time on the ventures though, it is usually the power window switch causing the problem. I assume that the fuse is not popped and you are getting power to the switch and the motor.

usually by replacing window regulator.
To fix a rear power window on a 1999 Saab, the door panel will have to be removed to gain access to the power window motor. If the window is not working properly, it is either the motor or the cable.
What's the problem with the window?
To fix a broken power window on a 2000 Oldsmobile Bravada, first, check the fuse related to the power windows to see if it's blown and replace it if necessary. If the fuse is fine, remove the door panel to access the window motor and regulator; inspect for any visible damage or disconnections. If the motor is faulty, you may need to replace it, ensuring to reconnect all wiring properly. Finally, reassemble the door panel and test the window to confirm it’s working correctly.
you probably need to clean and re-grease the window motor
