If by dragging you mean chattering or viberating (like the rubber blade is having a battle with the glass and making noise), the very first step is to simply get a new wiper blade. Most of the time the blade is old and stiff and that causes the problem. But this is a 2011 vehicle...? If it sat in the direct sun in the lot for a long time, the rubber could be shot...it should be covered under warranty.
