You must get a patch for the ROM you are playing with. It doesn't have anything to do with NO$GBA.
When I opened my nozoomer it asked where is my nosgba file and i clicked on it but when it's about to start a catridge it opened up as a nogba how do I fix this?
Oh and before that, I right-clicked on My DS ROM I was about to play, and I chose "open file with no$gba". Did that affect my problem ?

Problem with your nogba every time you try to link Pokemon pearl or diamond the ROM craches and you lose your saved file you have set up the settings as you were told and only firered works help?

because it is an emulator and most of them cannot always run any ROM. you can start changing the settings but I'll recommend that you use the most compatible emulator right now(=DeSmuMe)
How do you fix a broken android?
Considering that you are trying to fix a bricked Android device, I would say you can fix it by flashing stock ROM back over the device !
