1.) For a PSA mission, get a wrench. I haven't played in a long time, so I don't know where it is. BUT! I do know what to use it on. The water pipe.
2.) For a EPF mission (which is long gone by now), just complete the mini game by clicking your Spy Phone.
3.) In public, NO agencies, you can't. The steam is from it brewing a ton. Don't worry, it's one of G's passed inventions, so it can handle anything.

∙ 13y agoYou have to get the chocolate from the Pizza parlour, where it is a disaster and this penguin guy is trying to clean the mess up. Just click on him and talk to him and ask for the samples of the red sauce ( you don't need this sauce to fix the coffee machine0 and the chocolate. Put the chocolate in the bowl on top. Then place the mug underneath. Switch the switch onto hot (since cold chocolate doesn't make sense). Then use the wrench in the tools you have on your spy phone to connect the wire thing to the coffee machine to make the milk run through. Then press the button for the Hot Chocolate.
