How do you fix the damaged speakers on club penguin?

If you are talking about the field op then you've come to the right place. The field op could be gone, but if it still is there then here is what you have to do

* first go to the dance club

* then go to the speaker that is close to the stairs by the lounge

* then if you found that speaker go behind it

* once your behind it your field op phone should turn green

* if your phone isn't green then go to the E.P.F command room, talk to G and if you closed the field op then it won't work. you have to press the "I accept" button in order to do the field op

* once your E.P.F phone is green click it and do the game thing.
