I have one. What did you need to know?
Figuring out what's wrong with it exactly is always a good start.
Replace the Blower Resistor which is located behind the glove compartment. This is a common problem.
It is located right behind the glove compartment. Remove the glove box and you'll see it. IIRC, it's a white piece. It should be an easy fix.
Take it out and get a new one!!!!!
Remove the Glove box by pulling the 2 knobs of each side of the box. Let it hang. You will be looking at the filter, pull it out and replace it. If your not mechanically inclined, buy the video on how to Fix Your Lexus, I did...saved me thousands on repairs. Now I know why they say taking it to a dealer is a rip off. Here's a link to the video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fmo-WcinNhU At the end of the video is an email address. Ask him for the video. Hope this was helpful.
How do you fix a rear wheel bearing for a Lexus ls400
In order to fix a jammed glove box in a car, a person will need a credit card, screwdriver, hammer, paper clip, and graphite. Force will have to be used to open up the glove box.
If broke you probably will need to use a screw driver to break it open and replace. I don't know any other way in without breaking the lock.
Make certain that ALL four doors on unit are unlocked. If one door is locked the power rear door will not work.
In a 1993 Lexus gs 300 how to fix the buttons in the middle cansole
My husband and I fixed ours on a 1985 Toyota corolla. There is a blower motor which was located under/ behind glove compartment, we bought a used one from a junk yard switched then and we had our vents back.
You have to remove the glove compartment all the way over to the ash tray that whole assembly comes out look up where the glove compartment used to be. You will see the relays use your ownwers manuel it will point you to the flasher relay.. Easy about 9 fillep head screws If your turn signal is not flashing, replacing the flasher or relay might not fix it. Especially if one side flashes and the other doesn't, there is probably a short or corroded wire somewhere in the circuit. Refer to a wiring diagram to test with a test light. remove the glove box compartment and reach under the dashboard towards the drivers side and you'll feel it. On the pass. side beside the glove box (when open) there is the fuse box. Above or beside the fuse box is the relays for the turn & hazard signals.
