The speed sencer reads off of the diferential and is located on the top of the transmision. It has a wire pluged in to it facing strait up. Remove the plug and simply removed the sencer with a screw driver. If these go bad you will get an eradic reading on the speedo or it simply will not work at all. Also the V-tec and when the trans will shift on an auto is controled by this sencer.
