How do you fix the starter on a 1990 Ford Tempo 4-cylinder automatic?

if starter is oil soaked. check oil sensor under dist on top oil filter housing. starter replacement required repair leak lift plastic cap on oil sensor while engine running if leaking you will see right away. warning oil my be hot use caution.
