It depends on what type of dish you are making savory vs sweet? Savory I would dilute with some liquid of cooking cream, stock or wine. If a sweeter taste is what you are after then some dark brown sugar or white sugar with a little molasses added could work.
You make the food tastier you can never add too much garlic !
Add just a touch of sugar
Try putting some Sugar
garlic powder until you taste fool
Garlic powder is dried garlic that has been finely diced to create a powdered form. It should not be confused with garlic salt, which is a combination of garlicpowder and table salt. You'll find garlic powder in the spice section, and some cooks advocate using it in place of fresh garlic. Other cooks like the taste ofgarlic powder but find that the taste is different than fresh garlic, not as sharp and somewhat sweeter. If you're out of fresh garlic, a powdered form can be a good substitute though the taste may be slightly different.
I guess so, as both of them are garlic based. Garlic powder is just that. Dried garlic that is finely divided. It doesn't have any salt in it. Garlic salt is an admixture of salt and garlic powder. In theory garlic powder is very simple: it's just dehydrated garlic cloves that have been ground to a powder. Some of the high quality brands you can buy are just that, pure garlic. Not all of the garlic powder on the market is pure. Sometimes artificial ingredients are added to "improve" the colour or flavour. As always, it's worth checking the ingredients before you buy. Sometimes garlic powder is included in other dried spice blends in the stores. The most common of these is garlic salt which is usually just salt plus powdered garlic. Obviously if you're using the powder as an alternative seasoning in order to cut down on your salt intake, there isn't much point using garlic salt
yes you can freeze clam sauce with fresh or canned clams in it . the secret is in the thawing. put container containing clams & sauce in warm (not Hot) water. It will thaw and be ready for your pasta. You might have to add more garlic to taste.
This recipe is said to taste very similar to Frisch's Big Boy (a regional restaurant chain in Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana) tartar sauce: Ingredients1 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish 1 tablespoon pickle juice 1 dash salt 1 dash garlic powder DirectionsCombine mayonnaise, onion, dill pickle relish, pickle juice, salt, and garlic powder. Chill. Serves 4
No, taste of soy sauce is salty taste of (brown) HP sauce is spicy/sweet
tomato contributes to the final taste of pasta because of the flavors unless your using ravioli or any other pastas along that line only come from the sauce tomato does not contribute to all pastas but even if your using a garlic tomato paste sauce or flavoring you will still have the simple yet devine taste of tomato.
It wouldn't be recommended unless you're looking for a really salty taste. Keep in mind that garlic salt is mostly salt with just some garlic flavor to it. If the recipe calls for salt, you might want to reduce or eliminate it if you're going to use garlic salt in place of garlic. If the recipe doesn't call for salt, garlic salt is probably not the best option.
Yes but no. If you like garlic then it will taste just fine. If you don't like garlic it may taste kinda gross.

If the garlic pieces or cut up chunks are large, you can try to pick them out. If they are too small or a mixed in with a powder, you can try diluting it. For example, a tomato sauce could be cut in half, and then add a "clean" (garlic free) jar of it to the 1/2 that already had the garlic in it. This will help to minimize the falvor. Some starches and herbs can also help to mak the smell and taste of garlic, too.
Leeks have a flavor that is similar to onions, and it is possible to get leek soup mix (although it is not nearly a widely distributed as onion soup mix) which can be quite delicious. Beyond that, there are lots of soup mixes, experiment and find one you like.
