The best fix is to replace with a used PS2 that can be purchased for less than the parts to replace something that is broken on your PS2 and many times are sold with extras like games memory cards and other accessories at sites like Ebay. There are sites that can help to troubleshoot your problem and help you understand that your PS2 would be cheaper in time and money to replace than learn and try to fix it yourself without experience.
If your PS2 is broken and they fix it why would you not have to pay them
well thatz kind of unclear... fix what on a ps2? some stuff is cleanable, but most stuff warrants taking it apart.
Replace with a new disc if professional cleaning machine does not fix it
there is no other way to fix it.

Software will not fix an unreadable disc because it is scratched. PS2 game Discs are not rewriteable and can not be changed so there would be nothing for the software to fix on the disc unless it was a bootleg copy
you buff your disc
It is best to just replace the game
restart your ps2 system
you need to get your ps2 fixed by someone who can make your ps2 so it can play copied games. a ps2 has some kind of protection against it.
