no. Is cant be replaced if u hav damaged it. Even if once d CD is opened tearing its seel it cant be replaced or money can not be returned.

Not on a CD-ROM - But you can on a CR-R or CD-RW. CD-ROM's are fixed - the others are capable of being recorded on or re-recorded.
