You cannot flash an HTC to Metro PCS. You need to take the phone into a Metro PCS dealer.

If when trying to upgrade your HTC Hero to the Samsung Transform it says you need to change your plan it means your current plan does not support the update. Contact Sprint for details on how you can update the plan to accommodate the update.
