For Microsoft users:

If you want to know how to switch from one screen to another in different programs, use "Alt + Tab".

If you want to switch between multiple open documents in Microsoft Word, use "Ctrl + F6".

Grab it and turn it.

If you just want to flip the image on the screen, you can do this in Windows from "display settings", "tablet settings" or the control panel for your graphics card (e.g. ATI Catalyst Control Center")

On other operating systems you can change your xorg.conf etc.
