you can go to one of the teleports on the normal magiks. i am not sure wich one. but it teleports you to the lumbridge home tele. go throught the doors. like you do to bank in normal runescape. then go up the stairs. when you tele somewear else. you are floating. to get down use ::ground. that is how people get to mod island without being mod.
