go buy some azo standard at a supermarket, its a urinary tract infection med and if you take 2 3 times a day it will help clean out your system, but stop taking it the day before your test cause it makes your pee orange and they will know your trying to clean out your system, the night before your test try to drink a gallon of water and pee as much as possible, also NEVER give them your first piss of the day, try to pee at least 3 times before your test. if your still not sure your clean get a eye drop bottle and fill it up with bleach and stick it in the toe of your shoe, after you pee drip about 3 or 4 drops into the cup, if its a lab test don't put bleach in it or they will be able to tell. regular cup tests are very easy to pass, i smoke all the time and i get tested twice a week and doing all this has always made me come up clean. good luck g.
