If a screening was done for narcotics, then only narcotics can be shown b/c it was the only thing tested for and so on. If you are using multiple types of narcotics, all types of narcotics will show. This is true for all drug classes (benzodiazepines, ect.) There is not a specific test to show which type of narcotic you are using. Just a general test to show whether ANY narcotics have been used. There are tests to show levels of specific drugs. For instance if you test positive for narcotics, there are tests to show the levels of oxycodone, hydrocodone, etc in blood or urine.
