How do you forget the one person that was suppose to be the love of your life?

You Cant........they will always be in your life and you will always remember them but, as my mother always said....life goes on also what might help is just hanging out with friends and meeting someone knew!

If that person was/is really the love of your life you don't forget him or her. Not only will you not forget, you do everything in your power to stay with that person. Sometimes if things do not work out between the two people you don't forget the person but you do your best to move forward if it's not possible for you to be together (example: the other person does not want to be with you for whatever reason). If there is chance for the two of you to work things out then do your best to work things out. If one person is willing and the other is not then it's time to move on even though you will not forget that person.

Forgetting someone who was supposed to be the love of your life is a difficult process. It takes time, self-reflection, and self-care. Surround yourself with supportive friends and family, engage in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment, and focus on personal growth. Eventually, the pain will lessen, and new opportunities for love and happiness will emerge.
