IP PBX allow you to forward calls to numbers you had preset in your call forwarding list. When your main number is not available the system will automatically direct the call to the numbers included in the list.

to take your phone home
To secretly forward calls on your phone, you can usually do this by accessing your phone's settings. On most smartphones, go to the call settings, find the call forwarding option, and enter the number you want your calls forwarded to. Be sure to check if there's a "forward when busy," "forward when unanswered," or "always forward" option, depending on your needs. However, remember that this process can vary by device and carrier, so you may want to look up specific instructions for your phone model.
NO!
Yeah totally.

You cannot undo already forwarded calls. But you can deactivate/activate call forwarding.
