If you want to free form crochet, I would suggest that you go to your library and look for some free form books to look at.
Free form, by it's very nature isn't a specific pattern, you just kinda' take hook and material in hand and go for it! You make it up as you go along. I've seen it described as "painting" with crochet.
Freeform could also be using different materials to crochet with, although, this usage of the word isn't as common.
Or look around the internet and see what you find. I have added a few links to this question. The Scrumblers site is great, because it is a gallery of freeform crochet.
