think better. IQ is less about what you know, but how you think. Open your mind, look at things from different angles, that kind of things. do puzzles like sodoku and so on.
intellectually gifted is also known as mentally gifted... - are people with very high mental capacity/ very high IQ... - people who gain IQ higher than average...
First off; you change how you ask the question, How do? it's how do(to) I/you. Anyways. You can't. If you are talking about IQ here, if we could gain IQ permanently then we'd be a lot smarter, we can gain IQ from listening to Mozart but its a very small IQ boost and it doesn't last. We can lose IQ from being mentally retarded or through lead poisoning. However, beer doesn't actually destroy brain cells, they become more erratic and communication between them can get unreliable and/or low but beer does not make you lose brain cells to clear up a misconception. Anyways, no, it is impossible to gain IQ permanently but with all the bio technology being developed technology could be implanted to store memories and increase brain capacity but it will be hack able and someone could mess with your intelligence just like you deserve for putting tech in your brain. If you're talking about intelligence as in information then yes you can gain intelligence. You can gain it by reading, read the news, books, articles like this, stay in school and read the terms and conditions.
Intelligence is measured by taking a professional IQ test such as the Standford-Binet. MENSA has a Home IQ Test that can be taken in your home as the name implies. However, there is a testing fee of about $15.00. I've taken it and it is very accurate; however, the Home IQ test is not considered a professional IQ test. It provides a possible "snapshot" of ones IQ. If you score close to around 125, MENSA will inform you that you may be smart enough to gain acceptance into MENSA. However, to gain acceptance you can either take the MENSA IQ Test that is administered several times per year. For information on when the test will be offered and test locations through your country, visit your local MENSA website. MENSA accepts more than 200 IQ Tests and other tests where the scores can be converted into the equivalent of IQ scores. For more information visit: http://www.kids-iq-tests.com/mensa-tests.html

Your IQ is your intelligence quotient. You can determine your IQ by taking a certain test. :)
The average IQ for a 13-year-old is typically around 100, which is considered to be within the normal range of intelligence. IQ scores are standardized to have a mean of 100 and a standard deviation of 15, meaning that the majority of individuals fall within the range of 85 to 115. It's important to note that IQ scores are just one measure of intelligence and should be interpreted alongside other factors to gain a comprehensive understanding of an individual's cognitive abilities.
