If memory serves me correct. On a 400sdi t reg, you have to take the front wheel plastic liner out to get to the sockets. I think they are shaped so that you can undo the front part and bend it back to gain access to the bulb sockets. hope this helps.

Make sure you push forward direction only as there is a clip that will break if you lever sideways.
