1. Streetpass 150 times. :(
2. Each time you take a step with the 3DS on and closed, the console will give you a Step. 100 steps earns you a Play Coin (with the console) and 10 Play Coins allow you to invite a CPU customer, assuming you have progressed enough in the game.
Notes about #2: the 3DS can only hold up to 300 Play Coins at any one time, so you'll have to do this a few times. Also, collecting Steps and thus Play Coins is easier than you might think: shaking the console is an alternative. Some eccentric people will even tie their 3DS to an elastic rope. While rather exotic, this strategy actually works, and it saves you the exertion. Alternatively, you can go for a hike or marathon (or not) and get fit too.
