First you go out of the house and into the town then click down ctr+shift+c at the same time. A bar should come up in the top screen type in
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true then go back on your sim. Go onto relationships then find the person you like you should be able to drag the bar along so the relationship bar is full top and bottom and thats it really they should be in love!
