Without communication, you risk not being able to know what is going on during the fight. That is one of the key issues that a lot of teams have. 2nd, is you should have a basic knowledge of each class so that you know what to do when the enemy team member does something. Knowing how to counter an opponent is very important. Like for instance, if a Death Knight were to pop his Spell shield, you wouldn't sit there and cast your burst spells on him as a caster.
