If you mean like triplet foals, you can't. You can have twins and one foal. Take the Fertility Wand (FW) and put it on your mare then breed her and she'll have Twins (:

Actually, yes you can. my first mare on her first foaling had 3 foals. I was wondering how it happened and if i could do it again
No, BMIs aren't passed down to foals. (Add me on howrse! ♥I♥love♥horses)
there are 2 foals and you keep one and send the other!
yes, you can age your horse at any time provided you have enough aging points.
as of February 5, 2011 there are 3813165 horses, but there are almost 6 million players, and horses are having foals still.
Well, if you get a Medusa's Blood on Howrse, it enables you to make your horse into a Pegasus, giving it wings. Sadly, it doesn't pass through to foals. A lot of Howrse players say that should be otherwise. I will let you decide.
You get a normal foal. Medusa's blood is a BMI (Black Market Item) and doesn't pass onto foals.
The foal can start its first vaccinations once the mother antibodies from the colostrum milk are fading from it's system. For most horses this is around 6 weeks of age.For the online game howrse : 3 months
In The Sims 3, toddlers and children cannot ride foals. Only teens and older Sims can ride horses, including adult horses and foals. However, children can interact with foals through petting and feeding, fostering a bond without riding.
There is no job change when you pass Howrse riding level 3.
There are zebra foals and pony foals, so yes.
Use a foal games programme (eg the one listed on howrsehelper, google it) and improve the genetic potential of two of your foals (ones which you have bred) until they are 1 year 8 months old. It should validate then.
It is absolutely important for foals to have colostrum in the early hours after birth to make sure they have the proper antibodies in their system for their immune systems to function properly. A blood test is available to evaluate the presence of antibodies and there is a blood transfusion that will be required if the anti-bodies are too low. It IS a matter of life and death for the foal.
