1. Get about 100 ultra balls and some Pokemon with dig, dive, rock smash, flash and surf.
2. Get Relicanth (which you can catch in the underwater area in front of sootypolis) and put it last in your party and Wailord (which you can get with a super rod in Route 129) in the front of your party.
3. Go to the underwater cave and go in. Walk to the braille at the very frront (as far up as you can go) in the middle.
4. Use dig in front of the braille.
5. Walk through the hole and into the next cave. Walk up to the top braille in the middle.
6. Press A and wait for the earthquake. It says "it sounded like a door opened somewhere far away".
7. To get regirock, go to the desert above Mauville and walk downwards through the desert. Go into the ruins. Go up to the Braille and press A to read it. Then go 2 steps left and 2 steps down. Use rock smash. Save and battle regirock.
8. For Regice, go to the ruins on route 105 and enter. Go to the braille and read it. Staying next to the walls the whole way, do an anti-clockwise lap of the cave on your bike. Save and battle regirock.
9. To Find Regice, go to the ruins on route 120 and enter. Go to the braille and press A to read it. Then go to the exact middle of the room and use Flash. Save and go battle Registeel.
10. After you get all 3, you need to go and buy 50 ultra balls or 20 timer balls and save it again. I don't see why but it works!
