Here is how you get four(4) stars in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl.
1.Defeat the Elite Four once.
2.Win first prize in any one(1) Master Contest.
3.Obtain fifty(50)flags Underground.
4.Do fifty(50)link battles(or trades,I'm not sure).
