You can't because the regions are too far apart. But, you can get Pokemon (which you have caught) from Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. First, you put in the Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald and Pokemon Diamond in your DS. On the menu, go to the selection where it says 'Pokemon Ruby' somewhere (sorry, I've forgotten what its called!). The next part, I'm not sure, because I haven't been on it, but, I'll tell you as soon as possible (if you need it, that is).

You can't really. You can migrate Pokemon from ruby, saphhire, or emerald. First, in the GBA game, put the Pokemon you want to migrate in the PC (you'll have to have at least 1 Pokemon to keep with in order to do so!). After this, make sure you save the game. Then go to diamond or pearl and after it shows the picture of dialga or palkia, it should say "migrate from ..." Then tap the pictures of the Pokemon to migrate. You also cant migrate a Pokemon if it knows an Hm move.
