Make a pokemon hold the master ball and trade that popkemon to the other game with the wireless connectors. Restart the Game, and keep on repeating the process of obtaining the master ball 99 times and you'll have 99 master balls in good time. Course, you'll probably only have to use 10 in the whole game :I
