there are many ways t get to level 99 in a reasonable time spam
what you wanna do is buy a longbow (my perferance) or shortbow and also buy 300 bronze or iron arrows then start with chickens then mages once you reachlevel 20 buy a coif and the best bow you can epuip then continue to move on to stronger things + range is one of the hardest things to train i hope you get there :)
