By simply typing AndroidLock(all together) on cydia(Only on Jailbroken iPods), or if your running on an 4version and+ iPod than it would be AndroidLock XT(exactly shown), although you have to buy the XT, but it can be free for a while(trial button will download it), but after a while.. it will ask for the license and will no longer be available unless you actually buy it.
