All you do is go to the Ski Village, then go in Santas Office.
After you enter Santas office, youll see a ladder towards your right, next to the door right in the center of the page. It'll have signs pointing at it that say "WIN PRIZES" and "SANTAS SLED RIDE". Go up the ladder, and then you'll be on Santas sleigh! All you do after that is play the game of the sleigh by clicking the button 'FLY' and you deliver 15 presents. You can deliver the presents over and over to get different colored light bulbs.
