They will take you to the Hidden Island (I don't know if that's the right name) and you'll have to go back to Temporal Tower, reach the summit and challenge the un-corrupted Dialga. If you win, they will definitely ask to be recruited regardless of your rank or level. Obviously, you accept and, that's it, you got Dialga.
