The Pokemon you copied. Just as a warning, if your foe has a ditto and you have a ditto with only transform (that haven't transformed yet) as your last two Pokemon. the match will never end and you will have to turn off your DS systems.

You need to mate the Pokemon with a Ditto.

How do you battle and capture manaphy?
You need to have completed Pokemon Ranger on DS and somewhere (cant remember) you will receive a special egg. Trade the egg to whatever Pokemon ds game you want it and hatch it. Then put it into daycare with a Ditto and you will get Phione.
