There's a move tutoring house in Blackthorn. An old lady asks if you want the strongest dragon type move she knows. say yes, and if any of your Pokemon can learn it, she'll teach it.
P.S. she only teaches Draco meteor, nothing more. I know this move is compatible to Giratina. :)

∙ 12y agoGo to Mistralton City, to the house directly right of the Pokémon Center there are 4 people. The girl in the top left will teach a Pokémon Draco Meteor (If you have a Pokémon able to learn it) for 1 Heart Scale.
If you don't have a Heart Scale fly (or run) to Driftveil City. In the house directly left of the Pokémon Center is a girl who asks to see a move in exchange for a prize. The move changes everyday, but is always a move learn able through TM. Show her the Move and she'll give you a Heart Scale.
Run (or Fly) back to Mistralton city and show the move tutor the heart scale. Abracadabra you have your Draco Meteor.

The name of the town is Celestic town, you then go left to where the fog is and use de-fog and you should see a waterfall. Look around it and you will see it eventually. Follow the path until you reach 2 people walking around. Look to the right and you will see a Rocky Wall, you will need to use Rock Climb to climb down and up again. When you did that, you will see a house that has an old lady inside, she will teach to any dragon type Pokemon a powerful move named Draco Meteor. It's a good move to teach it to your Dialga.
