Well, if you are in heart gold/ soul silver, then you would give it a soothe bell, have it groomed by one of the two brothers underneath the Goldenrod tunnle. You sould also level it up and walk with it. If you want to know if your eevee is happy, there is a woman in a house by the poke mart (Big) in Golderod. NEVER LET YOUR EEVEE FAINT!!!
If your in pearl/diamond/platinum, then you would still give it a soothe beel. have it massaged by the lady in Veilstone, then level it up. NEVER LET YOUR EEVEE FAINT!!!!
So, for the gameboy games, i think you still give it a soothe bell, and battle with it. YOU CAN NEVER LET YOUR EEVEE FAINT!!!!!

β 15y agoLevel it up. LOTS. Give it vitamins and rare candy. Be careful, if you don't want the eevee to evolve to espeon, umbreon or the other two pokemon's. If you love it too much it will evolve.
