∙ 12y agoWhen you obtain an Eevee in Pokemon Emerald, if you take care of it, then level it up in daytime, it will evolve into the Pokemon Espeon, if you level it up at night time, an Umbreon.

∙ 15y agoI think that you need an Eevee... Simply train it in the daytime (light) to get Espion (just keep leveling it up)... If you want Umbreon, then do the same... Just at night-time

If you mean Espion (the psychic eeveelution) then find in Eevee in the Pokemon Mansion Trophy Garden and level it up when it's friendship is high enough between 8am and 4pm, it will then evolve into Espion. There is no Pokemon called Elspon sooo lol
