Go to ruins of alph and talk to the scientist (whos looking at the walls) then the power of ARCEUS will be mixed with the power o UNOWN then warps you to senjo ruins where you well find a hiker and cynthia(that well help you at catching GIRATINA) then you well go with her to a cave well you well pick one of PALKIA and DIALGA and GIRATINA (all of the three are at lv.1)(check the details before picking in YouTube) then the chosen pokemon and ARCEUS you send to the ruins of alph again.

Giratina is not found through normal game play. You must have an Arceus from the Arceus event that took place a while ago to get Giratina.

How do you get giratina in HeartGold?
WARNING! YOU CAN NOT DO THIS WITH THE ENGLISH VERSION OF HEARTGOLD AND SOUL SILVER BUT YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO DO IT WITH THE JAPANESE VERSION! To get Giratina in Heartgold you must get ARCEUS and only ARCEUS in your party. Then go to the Ruins of Alph and then go inside the house. NOT THE PLACE WHERE YOU FIND UNOWN. Then someone will bump into you. Talk to him and eventually you'll get to the Hallway where you find UNOWN talk to him some more and then you will vanish. You will go to a SECRET place called the Sinjoh Ruins then go to the only house and talk to them. After that, follow Cynthia to this place and then she will show you to get GIRATINA. but she also shows you to get DIALGA and PALKIA. Then choose one. GIRATINA (origin forme) DIALGA, or PALKIA. In my opinion I would choose Dialga since I have Caught PALKIA and GIRATINA but not in origin forme but who cares not me. So then you will receive an egg that hatches SUPREME FAST because it has a crack when you get it. It will be at Lv. 1 though.
What happen after you get Arceus?
You can trade it to HeartGold or SoulSilver Version when it comes out to receive a Giratina, Dialiga, or Paika in those games. But other than that, Arcues is useless and then your screwed

Giratina can only be obtained in two ways: the Arceus event or trading one from a friend. Giratina cannot be found in the game through normal game play.
