ha ha so you are a giritina seeker yes?great!Cus i know all about giritinas!geekaw!k so in order to catch him you must beat the first 7 not 8 but 7 gyms.once you've done that go to the team galactic headquarters in veilstone.looker should meet you in a warehouse nearby.talk to him.then go in the stairs beat some grunts and head up a bunch o stairs to the north.soon you will get to Cyrus and his nerdy room.a bunch of grunts will be there and once they leave follow Cyrus and challange him.he will give you a master ball if you win.you shall then go to the spear pillar.fight all the leaders of team galactic with your rival.win and head to the distortion world.find giritina.save,save,save,save!battle the awesome monster and catch him with your masterball.to get dialga come back to the spear pillar 24 hours later.same with palkia.
