You get 100% bonds per by changing the clock to 3:59, waiting 1 minute, and then giving it attention when it asks for it. If you get Prince Tamahiko or Princess Tamako you must mate Prince Tamahiko with Rosuchi or Princess Tamako with Tamastatchi. Then, they will evolve into the royal mother and father.
