HM8 is waterfall, right? you get waterfall after you have defaeted the sunyshore gym leader (volkner) and then you talk to jasmine on the beach. No, HM8 is Rock Climb. It is behind the man's small house on the snow route 217. There is also the TM hail next to his house too.
