You have to get all the onknowns Well first off don't try hacking your game to catch, he will only disappear later. The best way too catch him is to go to toy'r r us and download the Navel rock map. And if you didn't know navel rock is another sevii island. you can catch lugia and Ho-oh there. also there are someways people have been getting him without cheating.
- He is already programmed into the game so he can randomly spawn.
- You can go to the safari zone and glitch though the bushes and catch him.
- Just trade it through all the Pokemon games. such as catching him on yellow version and trading him up the line of games. it takes a while but it's the best way other than buying the mapos at Toys"R" us.
Finally i don't support glitching or hacking a game of any kind cause it's lame. if u really enjoy a game you should play it honestly. THNX
