How do you get Legend Of Zelda Minish Cap and a Link to the Past on your 3DS?

You will not be able to get either games for your 3DS.
A Link to the Past cannot be downloaded from the Nintendo eShop for the 3DS.
The Minish Cap was only available for those who owned the 3DS before August 12, 2011 and are part of the Ambassador Program.
