On the load game screen go to the options menu in the top right corner, it is one of the three options there. You can also Download it from the Mario Kart Chanel VIA the game. In the Channel, the bottom of the sceen should either say Download Mario Kart Channel or Recieve Mario Kart messages. Either way this will lead you to several options one of them is to Download the Channel.
