First, you have to beat the game completley, which means beating Rayquaza in Sky Tower. Zapdos, Articuno, and Moltres's recruit rate is Likely. You get an extra boost rate from being a higher level 90-100, and from a friend bow. You have to go back to where you fought the Legendary, and battle it, and they might join you. Rayquaza, and Groudon's recruit rate is Very Unlikely, so be a high level, and have a friend bow. Kyogre's recruit rate is Likely. Ho-Oh's recruit rate is Very Likely, but you cannot recruit Ho-Oh on the first try.

∙ 14y agoAfter Ho Oh joins your team mewtwos dungeon will be unlocked, defeat him the first time times after you get all the legendarys and go back its a 99 floored dungeon so get prepared

∙ 14y agoYou have to go to the final maze in marowak dojo and he is on the 40th floor i think.(you will know he is on the floor when the scenary turns to lava and fire stuff)
