∙ 10y agoAccording to the Pokemon Locator, Mewtwo appears in Mahogany Town.
To catch it easily, you would need to bring its health down to red or at least yellow. Ultra Balls are cheaper than Master Balls, but they work the best than any other Ultra Balls than the Master Balls. I would use them if you want to save some IC and depend on your luck. Paralyzing or making it fall asleep should be a plus to the Catch Rate, making it a bit easier to catch Mewtwo.
